If you would like to provide referee (center, assistant) support, please send an email to blackfootsoccerrefassignor@gmail.com, and one of the BYSA referee assignors will contact you. Please include your name, United States Soccer Federation (USSF) ID Number, USSF Referee Grade, email address, and phone number.

USSF Referee Re-Certification - Current Referees Only

The re-certification clinics covers changes to the Laws of the Game, and provide some video challenges regarding foul and misconduct recognition. Please preregister through ArbiterSports.

BYSA Referee Form

If you are assigned to referee a match, then please download and print the BYSA Referee Form from the Referee dropdown menu in the banner.  Please submit the Form to the BYSA Referee Assignor within twenty-four (24) hours after the match.

BYSA Referee Fee Schedule and Payment Information (effective Spring 2018)

In an effort to recruit and retain quality, certified referees, BYSA will adopt the following fee schedule (per game):

Certified Referees
U10: TBA
U12: $25 - Center; $15 - Assistant
U14: $35 - Center; $20 - Assistant
U16+: $45 - Center; $25 - Assistant

Non-certified Referees
U10: TBA
U12: $16 - Center; $10 - Assistant
U14: $25 - Center; $15 - Assistant
U16+: $35 - Center; $20 - Assistant
